Refund Policy

If a refund is approved by the Company, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 days from the date of approval.

• Mode of refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment instrument used for the transaction.
• Processing time: While we initiate refunds within 7 days, your bank or payment provider may take additional time (typically 3–7 business days) to reflect the amount in your account.
• Partial refunds & fees: If a partial refund is issued, it will reflect only the approved amount. Any payment gateway or bank charges that are non-refundable may be deducted, if applicable.
• Non-refundable items: Unless otherwise specified, any fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
